I have been a personal trainer since 2012. I am a former HS All-American, record holder and a former D1 Student-Athlete. I have help many people achieve their own personal fitness goals. Rather it be getting ripped, build more muscle, lose weight or simply get in shape. I have been working with HS kids, College kids, and kids transitioning from HS sports to collegiate sports.
